Problem
Renting a warehouse today runs on phone calls and contacts, with little transparency: a tenant cannot judge a warehouse’s real location, logistics access or interior capacity without visiting; an owner cannot reach the right tenant for empty space.
Solution
Warehouses cluster on a map of Turkey and filter by city, type, size and features. Each listing carries a logistics access score derived from proximity to ports/highways/industrial zones/airports, storage rules, a size calculator and a 3D interior preview. Tenants compare listings, leave reservations/inquiries and write reviews; owners publish listings and manage inquiries and reservations from their own panel; an admin moderates listings. The production version is built on Next.js 16 (App Router) + PostgreSQL/Prisma + Auth.js (role-based) with server actions; it includes KVKK/cookie consent, security headers, rate limiting and Docker deployment. It also ships a fully in-browser, clickable demo.
Results
Live as a static, clickable demo (data kept in the browser); the production version is ready to run on Docker with a real database, auth and server. The images here are captured from the live demo.
